Over the course of years, we have evolved from being a stockist to a full-fledged manufacturing setup . We have 6 Horizontal Bandsaw cutting Machines, gas cutting set-up, 5 semi-auto lathes, drilling machines, 2 Plano milling machines with dual cutter heads and surface grinding machines. We have a 25 MT and 15 MT EOT Crane. We have planned to add more capability and capacity to our growing portfolio in the next two years

We have both manual and automatic gas cutting set up and can supply gas cut low and meidum carbon steel plates as per customer size specifications upto 250 mm thickness. We can also supply gas cut rounds and rings as needed.

We have six bandsaw cutting machines of Accurate and Laxson make which can cut upto 1200 mm wide plates. We are in the process of adding further machines with a capacity to cut 2000 mm wide plates.

Our Semi-auto lathe line is equipped with A25 and A32 Arrow make machines which are used to make all kinds of precision turned components like bushes, pins, sleeves, rollers and the like. We are supplying to majore OEM's across Tamilnadu.

We have a sound setup with supporting auxillary machines like drilling machine, surface grinding machines to complement the semi-auto lathe line. Hence, we can supply the parts as a finished part, as a whole without the need for our clients to do further operations at their end.

We have mono-head and dual - head milling machines for pre-machining of tool and die plates.This reduces the tool manufacturing time for our customers

We are in the process of adding more machinery to our manufacturing set-up to provide additional and comprehensive manufacturing services to our customers and commit to grow with our customers.
